Renta Group Acquires Gustafssons Uthyrning AB

Renta Group Oy has agreed to acquire Gustafssons Uthyrning AB, a Swedish general equipment rental company with three depots in Oskarshamn, Västervik and Vimmerby. Gustafssons, which has 19 employees and annual revenues of approximately SEK 45 million, will continue local operations while benefiting from Renta's broader product range and digital solutions to strengthen Renta's presence in eastern Sweden.

Renta Group Acquires Høyde-Service Utleie AS

Renta Group Oy has reached an agreement to acquire Høyde-Service Utleie AS, a Norwegian general rental company with four depots in Oslo, Sandefjord, Porsgrunn and Arendal. The deal — an add-on to Renta's Norwegian operations — expands Renta's presence in south‑east Norway; Høyde‑Service has more than 20 employees and approximately NOK 90 million in annual revenue.

Renta Group Oy has acquired Danish machinery- and equipment-rental company Lohke Materieludlejning A/S, strengthening Renta's presence in Denmark and making it the fourth largest general rental company in the market. Lohke operates five depots, employs more than 90 people and generates roughly DKK 200 million in annual revenue; it will continue operating locally while adopting Renta's digital solutions.

Renta Group Acquires YIT Kalusto Oy from YIT Corporation

Renta Group has agreed to acquire the entire share capital of YIT Kalusto Oy from YIT Corporation for an enterprise value of EUR 37 million and will sign a long-term equipment supply and services cooperation agreement with YIT in Finland. The deal (conditional on Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority approval) includes purchase of the Urjala property used by Kalusto Oy and the transfer of 67 employees to Renta; completion was estimated by 30 June 2024.

Renta Group Acquires Danish Rental Company Jelle-Bo

Renta Group Oy has agreed to acquire Jelle-Bo ApS, a Denmark-based general rental company headquartered in Svendborg. The acquisition (expected to close by February 2024) expands Renta's Danish depot network and strengthens its presence on the island of Fyn; Jelle-Bo has 9 employees and annual revenues of approximately DKK 20 million.

Renta Group Acquires Lars & Erik Maskin (L&E Maskin)

Renta Group Oy has acquired Lars & Erik Maskin AB (L&E Maskin), a regional equipment rental company with depots in Umeå, Lycksele and Sundsvall. The deal gives Renta a presence in northern Sweden, expands its nationwide depot network to 50 locations, and brings more than 30 employees and roughly SEK 100 million in annual revenue into the group.
