(owner of the Kwik Kar brand) and purchased 25 Kwik Kar-related centers from local independent operators, expanding its company-operated Kwik Kar footprint in the Dallas area and elsewhere. The deal is an add-on to FullSpeed's platform as it pursues aggressive unit growth backed by MidOcean Partners.
