Clearstead Advisors Acquires Avalon Trust

Clearstead Advisors has acquired Avalon Trust, a Santa Fe-based wealth management and trust firm, expanding Clearstead's presence in the Southwest and bolstering its trust capabilities. Avalon — which manages approximately $2 billion in assets and has 13 employees — will join Clearstead's platform, with Avalon leaders becoming partners and the combined firm overseeing roughly $28 billion in assets under advisement and management.

Flexpoint Ford Acquires Majority Stake in Clearstead Advisors

Clearstead Advisors has acquired The Clarius Group, a Seattle-based multi-family office overseeing approximately $5.1 billion in assets, with the transaction closing on January 31, 2026. Thirty-six Clarius professionals, including co-founders Keith Vernon and Matthew Talbot, joined Clearstead as part of the deal, which strengthens Clearstead's ultra-high-net-worth and family office capabilities and its presence in the Pacific Northwest.

True North Advisors Acquires Clear Rock Advisors
