Danbury, Connecticut-based BlueCrest, a Platinum Equity portfolio company, has acquired Arlington Heights, Illinois-based Fluence Automation. The acquisition brings Fluence's sortation, material handling and postal automation hardware and software into BlueCrest's solution stack to expand capabilities in e-commerce fulfillment and parcel/postal sortation markets.
