Gilde Equity Management, together with HC Groep management, has acquired HC Groep — a Netherlands-based indoor climate technology and HVAC specialist — from the Airvance Group. The private equity-backed buyout positions HC Groep to accelerate growth across the Netherlands, Germany and the UK by expanding its climate ceiling, air handling, controls and carpark ventilation capabilities.

VHV Group Acquires Eucon Group from Hg

VHV Group has agreed to acquire Eucon Group from Hg; terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to customary antitrust approvals. Eucon is a Münster-based provider of data-driven software and digital platform solutions for the automotive aftermarket, insurers and real-estate invoice management; VHV will use the acquisition to expand its digital claims and data capabilities.

Service Champions Group Acquires SWAN Heating & Air Conditioning of Colorado

Service Champions Group, a California-based residential HVAC and plumbing platform backed by Odyssey Investment Partners, has acquired SWAN Heating & Air Conditioning, a Loveland- and Denver-area home services provider owned by Tim and Andy Swan. The transaction expands Service Champions' coordinated network into Colorado and strengthens its footprint in the Denver and Loveland single-family homeowner markets.
