Francisco Partners has made a strategic growth investment in Paradigm, the software group that manages PracticePanther, Bill4Time, MerusCase and Headnote, to support product innovation and continued growth. Paradigm, formed by ASG and backed by Alpine Investors, will use the capital and Francisco Partners' software and payments expertise to expand its product suite and accelerate adoption among law firms; the transaction is expected to close in Q4 with terms undisclosed.

Ryan, the Dallas-based global tax services and software firm, has acquired Paradigm DKD Group, L.L.C., doing business as Paradigm Tax Group (PTG), a national provider of property tax management services. TransPerfect Acquires Paybooks Technologies

TransPerfect has acquired India-based Paybooks Technologies, a cloud-based HR, payroll, and compliance platform, in a deal announced Sept. 30, 2024; financial terms were not disclosed. Paybooks will continue to be led by CEO Samira Rao, COO Gururaja Upendra, and CPO Prakash Kumar (who will join TransPerfect's senior management), and all employees are being retained as the business gains access to TransPerfect’s global footprint and R&D resources.
