Rotunda will partner with the existing owners and management to accelerate growth through branch expansion and add-on acquisitions; financing was provided by TPG Twin Brook Capital Partners with U.S. Bank and Mayer Brown advising.

Venturi Supply, a Phoenix-based PVF distributor backed by Dallas-based private equity firm Trive Capital, has acquired Baltimore-based Monumental Supply Company, a regional distributor of pipes, valves, fittings and related value-added services. The transaction establishes Venturi's presence in the Mid-Atlantic, expands its Industrial & Commercial segment and broadens its service capabilities and end-market coverage.
