Brixey & Meyer Capital (BMC) has acquired Unistrut Midwest from Mark and Dave Ellis. Unistrut Midwest, a Cincinnati-based value-added distributor, fabricator and installer of Unistrut metal framing products, will continue to be led in part by the Ellis family while BMC provides capital and resources to support growth.
