Hub International Limited has acquired the assets of Wade Associates, LLC, an independent insurance agency with locations in Davidson, New Bern, Raleigh and Wilmington, North Carolina. The deal expands Hub’s commercial and personal insurance capabilities and strengthens its specialty practices in construction, manufacturing, healthcare/life sciences and technology; Wade’s leadership team will join Hub Carolinas. Terms were not disclosed and Reagan Consulting represented Wade Associates.
