Ampersand Capital Partners Completes Growth Equity Investment in GenDx

Ampersand Capital Partners completed a minority growth equity investment in Genome Diagnostics B.V. (GenDx), a Utrecht-based provider of molecular diagnostic kits and analysis software for transplantation and companion diagnostics. The partnership will support GenDx's organic growth and M&A strategy; Ampersand's David Parker and Operating Partner Mike Evans joined GenDx's board.

Bionano Genomics Acquires BioDiscovery

Bionano Genomics agreed to acquire BioDiscovery, a provider of NxClinical genomics analysis software, in a deal worth up to $100 million in cash and equity. The acquisition will integrate BioDiscovery's platform-agnostic analysis and reporting tools with Bionano's optical genome mapping technology to accelerate variant analysis and broaden Bionano's market reach; BioDiscovery founder Soheil Shams will join Bionano as Chief Informatics Officer.

Eurofins Acquires DNA Diagnostics Center from GHO Capital

Eurofins, the publicly traded global laboratory testing group, has agreed to acquire DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC), a consumer-focused DNA testing company based in Fairfield, Ohio, from GHO Capital. DDC, which has approximately 240 employees and a broad portfolio of at‑home and lab-based DNA tests, will join Eurofins to expand its consumer genetics and health & wellness testing capabilities and global reach.

Labcorp Acquires Personal Genome Diagnostics (PGDx)

QIAGEN Acquires Genoox
