Granite Creek Capital Partners has made a platform investment in Salem One, a Winston-Salem, North Carolina-based provider of direct marketing, packaging, and logistics services, with Baltimore-based Patriot Capital co-investing alongside management. The transaction includes roll-over investments from Salem One management and will support expansion of product offerings, geographic footprint, and pursuit of organic growth and acquisition opportunities.

Graphic Village Acquires Sunrise Hitek Group

Graphic Village, a Cincinnati-based print marketing provider backed by Revitalize Capital, has acquired Sunrise Hitek Group, a Chicago-based variable-data, large-format printing and display fabrication company. The acquisition expands Graphic Village's geographic footprint into the Chicago market and adds Sunrise Hitek's ~25 employees and production capabilities to the platform.

The Granite Group Acquires Salem Plumbing Supply

Peak Technologies Acquires Graphic Label

Graphic Label, headquartered in Yakima, Washington, provides AIDC consumables, hardware, software and on-site services primarily to the food & beverage market — the add-on expands Peak's geographic reach into the Pacific Northwest, strengthens on-site service and label capabilities, and creates cross-selling opportunities.

Salt Creek Capital Acquires Nanoptix

Salt Creek Capital, a San Francisco Bay Area private equity firm, has acquired a controlling stake in Nanoptix Inc., a Dieppe, New Brunswick-based manufacturer of thermal printing solutions for the gaming, lottery, kiosk and POS markets. Founder and CEO Daniel Vienneau sold his controlling ownership position and moved into an advisory role while long-time CFO Jacques LeBlanc was promoted to CEO to lead the company through its next growth phase.

Edgewater Capital Partners Acquires Naprotek

Edgewater Capital Partners completed an investment to acquire Naprotek, a San Jose-based electronic manufacturing services (EMS) company specializing in quick-turn printed circuit board assembly for high-reliability applications. Patriot Capital provided subordinated debt and an equity co-investment alongside Edgewater and Naprotek's management team to support the transaction and future growth.
