TridentCare has acquired DispatchHealth's imaging business unit, effective January 20, 2026. The unit—operating portable X-ray and ultrasound services across 16 states—will be integrated into TridentCare's national portable diagnostics platform to expand capability, improve scheduling and response times, and broaden geographic coverage.

Radon Medical Imaging Acquires Tristate Biomedical Solutions

Radon Medical Imaging has acquired Tristate Biomedical Solutions (TBS), a Franklin, Ohio-based provider of new, used and refurbished imaging and biomedical equipment with strengths in C-Arms and X-Ray systems. The add-on deal expands Radon's biomedical and C-Arm capabilities and extends its geographic footprint across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Louisiana; Tristate founder Tyler Thornberry will join Radon's leadership and remain a shareholder.

Midstate Radiology Associates Acquires Radiology Group, P.C.

DispatchHealth Acquires Professional Portable X-Ray (PPX)

DispatchHealth, a Denver-based provider of in-home medical care, has acquired Professional Portable X-Ray (PPX), a mobile imaging provider that operates across seven U.S. states. The acquisition expands DispatchHealth’s in-home service lines to include mobile radiology—initially rolling out in Phoenix, Arizona—and integrates PPX’s imaging capabilities into DispatchHealth’s Acute, Advanced and Extended Care offerings.

West Physics Acquires Tricord's Medical Physics Business

West Physics Consulting, LLC has acquired the medical physics service division of Tricord, Inc., a Paducah, Kentucky-based provider of radiation safety, health, medical, industrial, and environmental physics services. The deal brings Tricord's medical clients into West Physics' national platform (expanding coverage in western Kentucky, southern Missouri, southern Illinois and Tennessee) while Tricord's president Steve Meiners will remain on a part-time consulting basis during the transition.

National Imaging Solutions Acquires DynaRad
