Champlain Financial Corporation and GefCo Acquire Naya Waters from L Catterton Partners

Champlain Financial Corporation and GefCo have acquired Naya Waters from L Catterton, returning the 35-year Quebec spring-water business to 100% Quebec ownership. The Mirabel-based company, which employs more than 80 people at its facility, will be positioned to accelerate product and packaging development and expand distribution across Canada.

The purchase includes a roughly $184 million contracted order book (with about $158 million take-or-pay protection), secures supply for Cizzle's CWENCH Hydration product, and was financed with a mix of debt and equity including a $40 million credit facility from Orion Infrastructure Capital.
