Lacework has acquired Soluble, an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) remediation company, to extend its data-driven cloud security platform with DevSecOps and IaC scanning/remediation capabilities. The acquisition adds static analysis and remediation for Terraform, CloudFormation and Kubernetes to Lacework’s runtime and build-time security offerings, enabling developers to detect and fix misconfigurations earlier in the CI/CD pipeline.

Fortinet Acquires Next DLP to Strengthen Unified SASE Data Protection

Cisco Acquires Fluidmesh Networks

Cisco announced its intent to acquire Fluidmesh Networks to strengthen Cisco's industrial wireless and Industrial IoT offerings, adding Fluidmesh's wireless backhaul technology for on-the-move assets (trains, subways, ports). The deal was expected to close in Cisco's fiscal Q4 2020 and the Fluidmesh team will join Cisco's IoT business to accelerate deployments in rail, mining, ports and other industrial markets.

Lumifi Cyber Acquires Netsurion

Lumifi Cyber Inc. has acquired Netsurion, a Fort Lauderdale-based managed XDR/MDR provider, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition adds about 400 customers and engineering, customer success and sales resources to Lumifi and is intended to expand Lumifi's MDR capabilities via its U.S.-based SOC and SHIELDVision platform.
