In November 2023, Beltservice Corporation, a global fabricator of conveyor belting, acquired Uniband USA, a Grand Rapids-based manufacturer of custom lightweight belting solutions. Miller Johnson represented Uniband in the deal and Charter Capital Partners served as Uniband's financial adviser.

Belt Power LLC Acquires Rubber Service Corp.

Belt Power LLC, a Marietta, Georgia-based distributor and fabricator of conveyor system components and a portfolio company of Shorehill Capital, completed the asset acquisition of Rubber Service Corp. on December 1, 2020. The acquisition expands Belt Power's footprint into the Denver metropolitan area and Mountain West markets; Rubber Service owner Lou Siemer will continue to lead the new Belt Power branch.

Belt Power Acquires Mol Belting Systems

Platte River Equity portfolio company Belt Power, LLC has acquired substantially all of the U.S. assets of Mol Belting Systems, Inc., a family-owned fabricator and distributor of conveyor belts and power transmission products based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The acquisition expands Belt Power's product capabilities and geographic reach by adding Mol's technical fabrication expertise and broad product offering to Belt Power's national network of facilities.

Belt Power, a Platte River Equity portfolio company, has acquired the U.S. assets of Sparks Belting Company, Inc., a Grand Rapids–based fabricator and distributor of conveyor belting, accessories and power transmission products. The transaction is an add-on acquisition (Belt Power's sixth since Platte River's 2022 investment) intended to expand Belt Power's geographic presence, fabrication capabilities and customer base across industrial end markets such as food, packaging and logistics.

Belcan Acquires RTM Consulting

Belcan, a global engineering and digital solutions provider backed by AE Industrial Partners, has acquired RTM Consulting, a Cincinnati-based provider of resource and workforce management, digital transformation, and professional education services. The deal — terms undisclosed — is an add-on to Belcan's capabilities and will help the company expand its resource-management and service-delivery offerings across Belcan's customer base.
