Asset General, Inc. acquired certain assets of International Computing, Inc. and early-stage AI venture Predictive Logistics, Inc., combining the businesses to operate as International Computing, Inc. and headquartering the combined entity in San Diego, California. The deal provides Asset General with intellectual property, the Transformation Toolbox integration platform, AI capabilities and additional global resources to expand its managed SaaS, cloud integration and applied machine-learning offerings.
