MidOcean Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, has acquired GHR Healthcare, a Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania-based provider of healthcare staffing services, from Platform Partners and other investors. MidOcean plans to support GHR's growth through organic initiatives and strategic acquisitions to deepen service offerings and expand its national footprint; financial terms were not disclosed.

NEAA provides anesthesia services to an ambulatory surgical center in Guilford, Connecticut, has an estimated annualized revenue run-rate of approximately US$3.6 million with ~40% operating EBITDA margins, and adds 17 practitioners to CRH's network; the transaction was completed at under 5x trailing operating EBITDA.
