VESTA Modular Acquires Innovative Modular Solutions

VESTA Modular completed the acquisition of Innovative Modular Solutions (IMS), adding a strategic branch in Elkhart, Indiana and approximately 600 units to VESTA's rental fleet. IMS Co-Founder Pat Carmody will join VESTA as President of Operations; financing was provided by a syndicate led by Flagstar Bank and VESTA is PE-backed by Kinderhook Industries.

McGrath RentCorp Acquires VESTA Modular; Adler Tank Rentals Sold to Ironclad

McGrath RentCorp acquired VESTA Modular from Kinderhook Industries for a cash purchase price of $400 million, expanding McGrath's modular leasing and construction capabilities and geographic footprint. Concurrently, McGrath sold Adler Tank Rentals to Ironclad Environmental Solutions (a Kinderhook portfolio company) for $265 million as part of a simultaneous transaction sequence that realigned assets between the parties.
