AccuReg, a healthcare technology company based in Franklin, Tennessee, has acquired Orlando-based Zenig, a digital patient engagement technology vendor that provides touchless check-in, virtual waiting rooms, patient flow and bi-directional communications. The acquisition will integrate Zenig's digital patient engagement capabilities into AccuReg's front-end revenue cycle management suite to improve patient access, increase pre-service revenue and reduce downstream denials and costs for health systems.
