Vallen Distribution, a portfolio company of Nautic Partners LLC, has acquired Eastland Engineering Supply (EES) from MML Growth Capital Partners Ireland, management and the founders. The acquisition expands Vallen's MRO and indirect supply chain footprint across Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States and strengthens its vendor-managed-inventory and technical services offerings.

The combination creates a roughly $2.4 billion, global aerospace supply-chain and distribution business headquartered in Valencia, California, with operations across 17 countries and more than 4,000 employees to expand scale, product breadth and supply‑chain capabilities.
