RealTime Software Solutions, a San Antonio-based portfolio company of LLR Partners, has acquired Devana Solutions, a Chapel Hill-based cloud SaaS provider of clinical trial workflow and analytics (PROPEL). The add-on expands RealTime's Site Operations Management System (SOMS) capabilities by integrating Devana's study startup, pipeline administration and analytics tools to create a more comprehensive end-to-end site platform for sponsors, CROs and site networks.

Ntracts Acquires Compliatric

Ntracts, a healthcare-focused contract lifecycle management (CLM) provider, has acquired Compliatric, a regulatory, accreditation and compliance management technology for healthcare organizations. The acquisition expands Ntracts' capability set for administrative compliance and accreditation management and is the company's first deal since receiving majority backing from Accel‑KKR in 2023; terms were not disclosed. Healthcare Growth Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to Compliatric.

MediSpend Acquires MedCompli

Bridgepointe Technologies Acquires RealCom Solutions

Bridgepointe Technologies, a San Mateo-based tech advisory firm backed by Charlesbank, has acquired RealCom Solutions, a Plano, Texas-based telecommunications and technology consulting agency. The deal expands Bridgepointe’s capabilities and footprint in the Southwest; RealCom’s hospitality-focused MSP (TekSecute Technology Group) will be spun out while affiliated cybersecurity provider Third Wave Innovations will remain independent and partner with Bridgepointe.

GCOM Acquires Qlarion

GCOM, a provider of software solutions for state and local governments, has acquired Qlarion, a data analytics and business intelligence firm based in Reston, Virginia. The deal makes Qlarion the data analytics arm of GCOM and is intended to embed analytics capabilities into GCOM's existing government-focused SaaS products to improve program outcomes and decision-making for public-sector clients.
