Nordic Consulting Acquires S&P Consultants

Nordic Consulting has acquired S&P Consultants, a Braintree, Massachusetts-based healthcare IT consultancy known for Cerner services, bringing S&P’s ~90 IT veterans, clinicians, and revenue cycle specialists into Nordic’s global organization. The deal expands Nordic’s Cerner capabilities alongside its existing Epic and MEDITECH expertise, strengthening its advisory, implementation and enterprise technology services to serve nearly 600 healthcare provider customers globally.

The acquisition adds ERP implementation, managed services and Infor/Lawson expertise to Nordic's healthcare consulting, staffing and managed-services portfolio to better serve healthcare and other institutional clients.

Golden Gate Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Ensemble Health Partners

Golden Gate Capital has acquired a 51% equity stake in Ensemble Health Partners from Bon Secours Mercy Health, with Bon Secours remaining a minority owner and commercial partner. Ensemble, headquartered in Mason, Ohio, will continue to be led by its existing management team and will use the investment to expand technology, services and growth initiatives across its revenue cycle management operations (the company has ~3,600 employees).
