IGM Resins Acquires Litian

IGM Resins, headquartered in Waalwijk, the Netherlands, has acquired Litian, a Rudong (Jiangsu), China-based manufacturer of UV/energy-curing resins. The deal expands IGM's global footprint and Asian presence, strengthens its supply chain through backward integration of key raw materials, and combines complementary product lines across photoinitiators, resins and additives.

Alkegen Completes Majority Investment in Luyang Energy-Saving Materials

Alkegen, a Clearlake-backed specialty materials platform, completed a tender offering to acquire a controlling ownership interest in Shenzhen A-share listed Luyang Energy-Saving Materials Co., Ltd., a Shandong-headquartered maker of ceramic, alumina and soluble fibers and other high-temperature insulation products. Alkegen said it will leverage Luyang as its Asia platform to extend and cross-sell Alkegen's filtration, battery and EV-related materials and specialty insulation solutions.
