Adar, an IT managed services provider and portfolio company of Stone-Goff Partners, acquired cybersecurity firm Rigid Bits to expand its security and compliance capabilities for insurance-industry clients. The deal brings penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and program development into Adar’s service offering and adds Rigid Bits’ founder Jeff Oden to Adar’s leadership team.
