Insurance King, a Rockford, Illinois-based insurance agency, has acquired two Illinois insurance agencies — Vic Bernardi Insurance in Chicago Heights and The Insurance Center in Decatur — and rebranded both locations under the Insurance King name. The acquisitions expand Insurance King's physical presence into the Chicagoland area and bolster its local personal-lines offerings including auto, motorcycle, renters and SR-22 insurance.
