Shiji Group Acquires Touchpeak Software, Inc.

Shiji Group has completed the acquisition of Touchpeak Software, Inc. and its subsidiary EFT Middleware LLC, incorporating the payments middleware provider into Shiji Payment Solutions as a wholly owned company. The deal brings Touchpeak's payments switching and integration technology into Shiji's hospitality-focused technology platform to expand integrated payment capabilities and accelerate product and geographic expansion.

CSG Acquires iCheckGateway.com (iCG Pay)
