Inovar Packaging Group Acquires Kiliper Corporation

Inovar Packaging Group, a Dallas-based label and packaging provider, acquired Kiliper Corporation, a family-owned flexible packaging business, to expand its stretch sleeve, roll‑fed label, and printed film capabilities and strengthen its Midwest footprint. Kiliper’s co-owners Tom Kiliper and Lindsay Maysent will remain as co‑presidents following the transaction.

The Kennedy Group Acquires Color Label, Inc.

The Kennedy Group (Willoughby, Ohio) has acquired Color Label, Inc., a St. Louis-based supplier of pressure-sensitive labels serving agricultural and consumer product industries. The deal expands The Kennedy Group’s national footprint into the St. Louis market, shifts production to its Cleveland-area facility while retaining key St. Louis personnel to ensure continuity, and was advised by Graphic Arts Advisors (GAA).

Kelso & Company Acquires Inovar Packaging Group from AEA Investors

Funds managed by Kelso & Company (Kelso Fund XI) have acquired a majority interest in Inovar Packaging Group (IGL Holdings I Corp) from AEA Investors. Inovar, a Dallas-based supplier of pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves and flexible packaging with seven US locations, will continue to be led by its existing management team, which remains a meaningful shareholder alongside Kelso.
