Danaher Acquires Aquatic Informatics from XPV Water Partners

Danaher’s Water Quality platform has acquired Aquatic Informatics Inc. from XPV Water Partners. Aquatic Informatics is a water-focused software provider (serving more than 1,000 customers globally) whose data management and analytics capabilities will be integrated with Danaher’s Hach Claros offering to expand the platform’s hardware, software and services capabilities for municipal, environmental and industrial customers.

Gradiant Acquires Synauta

Gradiant, a Boston-based cleantech water solutions provider, has acquired Canadian AI water technology company Synauta to accelerate deployment of digital twin and machine-learning capabilities in industrial and municipal water treatment. The deal, announced May 17, 2022, strengthens Gradiant's end-to-end digital offering for desalination, reuse and wastewater operations and is expected to close in Q2 2022.

Kemira Acquires AquaBlue, Inc.

Kemira has acquired AquaBlue, Inc., an Ohio-based provider of industrial water and wastewater treatment services, in a deal valued at under USD 10 million. The acquisition will integrate AquaBlue into Kemira's Water Solutions business to strengthen Kemira's service-led industrial water treatment capabilities in North America and expand its offerings to food & beverage, manufacturing and healthcare customers.
