CES Power Acquires Echo Technologies Services to Launch CES Technologies Division

CES Power LLC, a portfolio company of Allied Industrial Partners, acquired Echo Technologies Services, LLC to expand its connectivity and digital infrastructure capabilities for live events. Echo will be combined with CES Power’s Brickworks business to form a new division, CES Technologies, enabling integrated power, mapping and event connectivity services.
