Dynamic Infusion Acquires Infusicare (IV Solutions Group) in New Jersey

Dynamic Infusion, a home infusion nursing services platform backed by RiverGlade Capital, has acquired IV Solutions Group, LLC d/b/a Infusicare, a New Jersey-based provider of home infusion nursing services founded by James Reardon. The acquisition expands Dynamic's footprint into central and northern New Jersey and brings Infusicare's nurses and clients into Dynamic's nationwide home-infusion network; Reardon will continue working with Dynamic in the region.

RiverGlade Capital Partners with Longhorn Health Solutions
