Wynnchurch Capital has acquired Northern Wholesale Supply (NWS), a Hugo, Minnesota–based distributor of RV and marine parts and accessories founded in 1984 that sells over 30,000 SKUs and markets proprietary products such as the Extreme Max line. Wynnchurch said it will partner with NWS management to grow the business as a platform investment from its Fund V.

One Equity Partners Acquires Majority Interest in Rosboro from Wynnchurch Capital

One Equity Partners (OEP) has acquired a majority interest in Rosboro, a Springfield, Oregon-based manufacturer of glued laminated timber (glulam) and other engineered wood products. Wynnchurch Capital sold the controlling stake and will remain a significant minority investor; financial terms were not disclosed. OEP said it will apply industrial expertise and strategic M&A to scale Rosboro and expand its market reach.

Wynnchurch Capital Acquires Owen Family of Companies from CenterGate Capital

Wynnchurch Capital has acquired Owen Family of Companies, a Vancouver, Washington–based specialty equipment platform that supplies and services street sweepers, sewer cleaners, hydro excavators and related municipal and utility equipment. CenterGate Capital, which partnered with Owen since 2018, sold the company to Wynnchurch to enable further geographic expansion, capability investment and accelerated growth under Wynnchurch's ownership.
