48forty Solutions Acquires Pallet Consultants

48forty Solutions, a national pallet management provider and an Audax Private Equity portfolio company, has acquired Pallet Consultants. Pallet Consultants — founded in 1996 and operating six locations in the southeastern United States with more than 350 employees — will remain led by founder Gus Gutierrez, who will remain a significant shareholder and join 48forty's leadership team; terms were not disclosed.
