Moorgate Capital Partners Acquires ITC Service Group, Inc.

An affiliate of Moorgate Capital Partners partnered with ITC Service Group management to acquire substantially all assets of ITC Service Group, Inc. from its founding shareholders. ITC, a Citrus Heights, California–based provider of planning, design, installation and maintenance services for fiber-to-the-home and broadband networks (approximately 700 employees), will be supported to accelerate growth; debt financing was provided by Credit Suisse Park View BDC, QS Capital Strategies (Quilvest) and California Bank & Trust.

AFL Acquires Forza Telecom (DGP)

AFL, a Spartanburg, South Carolina-based manufacturer and services provider in fiber optics, has acquired Forza Telecom (operating as DGP / DAS Group Professionals), a Walnut Creek, California–based provider of distributed antenna system (DAS) installations for large sports venues. The deal expands AFL's wireless services portfolio and DAS capabilities while strengthening its presence in U.S. sports-venue wireless networking, particularly in the West, Southwest and Southeast.

ITG Communications Acquires Advantage Utilities LLC

ITG Communications, a national provider of fulfillment, construction, and project management services to the cable, telecommunications, and utility industries, has acquired Advantage Utilities LLC, a New Hampshire–based fiber construction and maintenance company. The acquisition brings Advantage's ~85 W-2 employees and large subcontractor network into ITG, expanding ITG's Northeast footprint and customer partnerships across New England and the Mid-Atlantic.

Marlink Group Acquires ITC Global

Marlink Group, an Apax Partners portfolio company, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of ITC Global, a US-based provider of enterprise satellite communications solutions. The deal (originally announced January 2021 and completed after regulatory approvals) will integrate ITC Global into the Marlink platform to expand the Group's managed satcom capabilities and strengthen its presence in the energy, enterprise and maritime markets — particularly in the US, the UK and Australia.

Service Express Acquires The ICC Group

The deal expands Service Express's U.K. presence and multivendor capabilities, combining The ICC Group's distribution network and technical team with Service Express's global platform (Service Express is a portfolio company of Harvest Partners).

Intelligent Technical Solutions Acquires Afineol IT Consulting

Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS), a portfolio company of Tower Arch Capital, acquired Sacramento-based managed service provider Afineol IT Consulting from owners Michael and Margaret Strong. The add-on strengthens ITS’s Sacramento footprint and expands its managed IT and cybersecurity offerings; financing was provided by Deerpath Capital and terms were not disclosed.
