Tango Acquires AgilQuest to Expand Hybrid Workplace Solutions

Bloom Acquires Focused Health

Bloom, a Medicare and ACA enrollment, engagement and technology provider backed by Oak HC/FT, has acquired Focused Health, a health insurance distribution agency focused on Medicare Advantage and the ACA. The deal expands Bloom's enrollment and post-enrollment capabilities—adding member onboarding, retention and customer service—while Focused Health co-founder Larry Cassar will continue as President and co-founder Shawn Holt will join Bloom as Chief Revenue Officer.

Blackhawk Network to Acquire Tango Card

Blackhawk Network (BHN) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire digital B2B gift card and rewards platform Tango Card to enhance BHN’s global rewards and incentives capabilities. The deal, which builds on BHN’s prior investment relationship with Tango and Tango’s 800% growth since FTV Capital’s 2018 investment, is subject to regulatory approvals related to money transmitter licenses and is expected to close later in the year.

NFP Acquires The Schuster Group (Schuster Driscoll) and TANGO

NFP has acquired Schuster Driscoll, LLC (d/b/a The Schuster Group) and its nonprofit membership platform, TANGO Administrative and Management Services, LLC, in a transaction that closed on December 31, 2020. The acquisition brings nonprofit-focused employee benefits and retirement advisory capabilities based in Farmington, Connecticut into NFP's Northeast region and is intended to expand NFP's services for nonprofit clients. Firm principal Rollin Schuster will join NFP as a managing director.
