Tonka Bay Equity Partners has invested in LightMart Holdings LLC, a Lake Zurich, Illinois-based value-added distributor and manufacturer of outdoor commercial and industrial lighting products. The transaction is a majority recapitalization that partners Tonka Bay with founders Sami and Lori Ozgen to provide founder liquidity and accelerate the company’s growth through strategic investments and operational improvements.

Environmental Lights Acquires City Theatrical

Environmental Lights, a San Diego-based LED lighting supplier, has acquired City Theatrical (including its U.S. and U.K. entities) to expand its product portfolio and global footprint in the scenic and theatrical lighting market. City Theatrical will continue to operate under its brand with existing leadership retained, combining complementary product lines such as Multiverse Wireless DMX and QolorFLEX LED lighting.

The add-on acquisition closed October 3, 2025 and is intended to expand The Perfect Light’s geographic reach and service capabilities across major Texas markets.
