WiseTech Global Acquires e2open

WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC) completed the acquisition of U.S.-based e2open (NYSE:ETWO) for an enterprise value of $2.1 billion, funded via a new syndicated debt facility. The deal expands WiseTech’s product footprint beyond logistics service providers into broader global and domestic trade and supply chain SaaS capabilities, increasing its total addressable market.
