Grant Avenue Capital, with co-investors Nashville Capital Network and Brentwood Capital Partners, acquired a majority interest in QHR Health from Quorum Health Corporation. QHR Health — a shared-services provider for independent, critical access and rural hospitals — will operate as an independent, growth-oriented platform focused on technology-enabled shared services, revenue cycle management, supply chain optimization and outsourced IT, with Grant Avenue planning organic investment and add-on acquisitions to expand capabilities.
