Triton (Smaller Mid Cap Fund II) has acquired a majority share in Esperi Care Oy, a leading Finnish residential care provider active in elderly, mental and disability care. Triton will make a substantial investment to develop and professionalize Esperi Care's services while current owners Danske Bank, SEB and Ilmarinen remain as minority shareholders.
