Verisma and ScanSTAT have merged under the Verisma brand to create a market-leading Release of Information (ROI) and health information management (HIM) provider. NewSpring Healthcare, an existing investor in Verisma, provided funding to facilitate the transaction; ScanSTAT CEO Matt Rohs will join Verisma as Chief of Staff and a board member.
