Consolidated Precision Products Corp. (CPP), a Cleveland-based manufacturer of precision castings and sub-assemblies for the commercial aerospace, defense and industrial gas turbine markets, announced a recapitalization with Berkshire Partners alongside existing investor Warburg Pincus. The investment will support CPP's long-term growth strategy and capability expansion, including continued M&A activity; terms were not disclosed.
