Bain Capital Tech Opportunities has agreed to a majority investment in finova and to acquire Iress' UK Mortgage Sales & Originations (MSO) software business. Bain will combine the two complementary mortgage origination and servicing platforms to expand product capabilities and serve a broader set of lenders, brokers and savings institutions in the U.K.
