Blackbaud Acquires YourCause for $157M

Blackbaud, Inc. acquired YourCause, a Plano, Texas-based provider of corporate social responsibility and employee engagement SaaS, for approximately $157 million. The acquisition, which closed January 2, 2019, will expand Blackbaud's product capabilities in corporate philanthropy, workplace giving and volunteer management and adds roughly 155 employees and a large enterprise customer base to its portfolio.
