Elevation Labs Acquires Boomerang Laboratories

Elevation Labs, a Knox Lane‑backed contract manufacturer of beauty and personal care products, has acquired Boomerang Laboratories, a Spring Park, Minnesota-based formulator and copacker. The deal adds a third production location and additional capacity to Elevation's existing facilities, expanding its formulation, filling and packaging capabilities to better serve brand partners.
