Steadfast Group Acquires ISU Insurance Agency Network

Steadfast Group has acquired ISU Insurance Agency Network (ISU Group) for US$55 million to establish a foothold in the United States. ISU, one of the largest independent agency networks in the US with ~220 member agencies across 40+ states, will retain its management team and be rebranded ISU Steadfast to combine local scale with Steadfast's international capabilities.
