True North Energy LLC, a joint venture between the Lyden family and Shell Oil Co., has acquired 15 fee-owned convenience retailing and petroleum marketing assets from Wagner Shell Co./Wagner Oil in the Green Bay, Wisconsin market. The stores — previously owned and operated by Mellissa Wagner and family — will be reimaged to the truenorth brand and continue selling Shell fuel while expanding True North's Wisconsin footprint.

Majors Management (MAPCO) Acquires 35 Circle K Retail Fuel and Convenience Store Locations

Majors Management, operating under its MAPCO brand, has completed the acquisition of 35 retail fuel and convenience store locations across Indiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania from Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. (Circle K). The divestiture — required by an FTC consent order — will see the sites rebranded as MAPCO, preserve jobs where possible, and bring MAPCO's MYReward$ loyalty program and local investments to new markets.

BreakTime Corner Market Acquires 39 Minit Mart Stores from EG America

Offen Petroleum Acquires Wholesale Division of Gas Depot
