EarthWise Pet Acquires 11 Store Locations from Kriser's Natural Pet and See Spot Shop

EarthWise Pet announced the acquisition of seven former Kriser’s Natural Pet locations in Orange County, California and four See Spot Shop locations in the Scottsdale, Arizona market. The deals expand EarthWise Pet’s retail footprint (bringing its network to nearly 200 locations) and preserve existing store managers and staff after Kriser’s parent, Independent Pet Partners, filed for Chapter 11.

Worldwise Acquires Pet Factory

Worldwise, a pet supplies platform backed by A&M Capital Partners, has acquired Pet Factory, a U.S.-based manufacturer of pet chews, treats, toys and accessories headquartered in Mundelein, Illinois. The acquisition expands Worldwise's chew and treat capabilities, adds domestic manufacturing and co-manufacturing capacity, and continues the platform's recent run of add-on deals.

EarthWise Pet Acquires Maine-Based Loyal Biscuit

The deal expands EarthWise Pet's local footprint in Maine and aims to preserve Loyal Biscuit’s community-focused services while adding employee benefits and additional services like grooming and certified pet dietitian consultations.

Water Engineering Acquires Earthwise Environmental

Water Engineering, a portfolio company of Nolan Capital, has acquired Earthwise Environmental, a Wood Dale, Illinois-based provider of water treatment equipment, chemicals, consultation, and preventative maintenance services. The deal is an add-on to the Water Engineering platform to expand its footprint and service capabilities across the Midwest, South and Southeast while retaining Earthwise's brand and founder Robert "Bob" Miller.

Worldwise (A&M Capital Partners-Backed) Acquires FurHaven

365 Holdings Acquires Planet Wise, Inc.
