Rubicon Technology Partners Takes Majority Stake in Cin7

Rubicon Technology Partners has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Cin7, the cloud-based inventory management and POS software provider, in a deal intended to accelerate Cin7's global growth through product innovation, sales expansion and customer success. The investment is subject to approval from New Zealand's Overseas Investment Office and positions Rubicon to scale Cin7's market leadership in inventory management software.
