The acquisition brings Agora's people-analytics and total-rewards communication capabilities into Payscale's platform to expand its pay-transparency and total-rewards offerings for employers.

CURO Acquires Heights Finance for $360 Million

CURO Group Holdings Corp. completed the acquisition of Heights Finance from private equity firm Milestone Partners for $360 million ($335 million cash and $25 million stock). The deal expands CURO's branch footprint and installment-loan capabilities, adding roughly 400 branches and a loan portfolio serving underbanked and near-prime consumers across 11 U.S. states.

Dains Group Acquires Curo

SS&C Technologies Acquires Curo Fund Services

SS&C Technologies has completed the acquisition of Curo Fund Services from a joint venture between Sanlam and Old Mutual. The deal adds Curo's ~R3 trillion (USD 170.4 billion) in administered assets and around 300 Cape Town employees to SS&C's global investor and distribution solutions, expanding SS&C's presence in South Africa and across Africa; terms were not disclosed.

Francisco Partners Acquires Majority Stake in PayScale

Warburg Pincus is exiting its investment as part of the transaction, and the capital will be used to support PayScale’s product innovation and growth.
