San Francisco-based real estate team The Level Up Group has merged with Napa Valley agent Dotty Hopkins & Associates, combining their agents and local expertise to expand coverage across the Bay Area from Napa Valley to Silicon Valley. The partnership increases the combined team's scale to about 20 agents and staff and broadens capabilities in single-family, luxury, vineyard, commercial, and probate sales.
