C3 Integrated Solutions Acquires Ingalls Information Security

C3 Integrated Solutions and Ingalls Information Security announced a merger in which C3 will integrate Ingalls' cybersecurity capabilities—including SOC, MDR/MXDR, and DFIR—into its compliance-focused managed services for the U.S. Defense Industrial Base. The deal brings Ingalls' DoD and defense-focused cyber expertise and leadership (Jason Ingalls becomes C3's Chief Cybersecurity Officer) to strengthen C3's IT, cybersecurity, and CMMC compliance offerings.
